The Dinah Shore Weekend VIDEO PROMO

CLUB SKIRTS DINAH SHORE WEEKEND
RELEASES NEW PROMO VIDEO

FOR THE DINAH 2014

As the original Dinah Shore Weekend (April 2- April 6, 2014) is, for the 24th year in a row, about to bring all-time high temperature records , Club Skirts has just released a brand new promo video, "The Lesbian Book Club", giving a hot glimpse into what the biggest lesbian event in the world is all about.

Starring an outstanding ensemble cast of fine actors and comedians including Guinevere Turner ("American Psycho", "The L Word"), Doria Biddle (radio personality, host of Out Q on Sirius XM radio), Gloria Bigelow ("Wanda Sykes Presents Herlarious"), Erin Foley (who was just on "The Arsenio Hall Show"), as well as a cameo appearance by Mariah Hanson (founder & producer of The Dinah), the video takes us from the cozy, intimate walls of a lesbian book club in the freezing East Coast weather to the scorching heat, blue sky, and celebratory settings of the epic Dinah Shore Weekend in the sunny oasis.

Produced, written and directed by award-winning filmmaker JD DiSalvatore, the promo video is a hilarious comedy humorously hinting at a hosts of reasons why The Dinah offers the perfect escape from "Snowmaggedon" currently slamming the East Coast and bringing chaos to the mid-Atlantic.

With some 15,000 plus women from all over the world making the pilgrimage each year for a life-changing experience, The Dinah Shore Weekend is
a one-of-a-kind destination where women of all ages, interests, ability, relationship status, cultural background and profession come together for one big giant celebration of the community.  What The Dinah offers is the opportunity for lesbians to express themselves, to be who they truly and gain a tremendous amount of self worth.

This is no fiction … it's The Dinah!

Editorial: Candy Bar Soho Closes Its Doors - Where Do We Go From Here?

by Lauren W

If you’re a British lesbian, you’ll still be in mourning about the loss of the most famous lesbian bar in Great Britain, Candy Bar. Diva Magazine has called it the End of an Era! Aside from the obvious, this worries me for a multitude of reasons. But what worries me the most? Well, where else is there for us to go?

Lesbians on YouTube: Arielle Scarcella

If you may or may not remember, not so long back we interviewed the lovely "YouTube famous" Natasha Nicole Ponomaroff.

Well we thought it was about time to let you know about some more amazing lesbian vloggers from the YouTube universe.

Because YouTube is completely free to use, it's a great resource for LGBTQ information and advice. And
that's where Arielle Scarcella comes in.

Arielle is no stranger to the online community - her videos have become relatively famous, thanks to her witty, useful commentary revolving around many lesbian and gay issues.

In her most recent video, Arielle asks lesbians to explain how they feel about their lesbian peers sleeping with men.
One of the huge stigmas in the LGBT community, are lesbians who secretly sleep with men. Can they still be lesbians if they don't fully fit the definition? Why do they sleep with men if they identify this way? You have to watch to find out!
Where can you watch? Go here for Arielle's YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/ArielleIsHamming.

Do you know of any other amazing LGBTQ YouTubers you think we should mention on All Things Lesbian?

Let us know in the comments or email us with your ideas at allthingsles@gmail.com!

The Spice Girls Love Lesbians!

So we're a little late to blog about this, but 90s favourites the Spice Girls recently tweeted their love for lesbians.

Melanie Brown (left) and Geri Halliwell at the Brit Awards in 2010.
When expressing her love for one of the characters in the new Spice Girls Musical, Mel B jokingly replied to Geri saying "lesbian!"

Halliwell responded with a resounding "I love lesbians", but Mel B confirmed that she did too.

I'm not sure why, but some people have been taking offence to the Spice Girls' comments - I just think they're adorable!

What was your favourite girl power song by the Spice Girls back in the day?

Lesbian Favourite "Lip Service" Gets Cancelled

One word: NOOOOOOO!

I personally don't understand why, as Lip Service has always done pretty well in the ratings for a BBC Three show.

Alas, its true. Our favourite British lesbian show is no more.

Show creator Harriet Braun tweeted this to the fans:

Aw, man. I'll personally miss "shady" Sadie the most - she was damn hilarious!

Maybe the show went downhill after Lip Service killed off Laura Fraser's character, Cat.

I'm way behind on this tidbit: Laura left because she was cast in (another awesome show!) Homeland. However, she was replaced after the pilot was filmed.

Anyways, it will be sorely missed.

Which character will you miss most? Do you think Lip Service should have been picked up for a third season? Give me your opinions, I love to read them!

An Interview with The Real L Word and Hunter Valentine Star, Kiyomi!

Hey you gays, its finally that moment you've all been waiting for: an interview with the absolutely darling and gorgeous Kiyomi!

Let's not delay it any longer!

All Things Lesbian: When I saw Hunter Valentine live in Peterborough, Ontario, there was quite a small crowd. How has the rest of the tour been so far?
Kiyomi: The tour was actually very successful. I think that was probably one of the smallest dates we did on the whole thing. We sold out majority of the rooms across North America.
ATL: What can we expect from your new album, Collide and Conquer? Can you describe it in 3 words?
K: Vulnerable, gritty and catchy
ATL: We saw the arrival of new band member, Aimee, on the Real L Word. Do you think she’s in it for the long run?
K: I would love to have Aimee along for the ride. She is an amazing musician and an even better friend. She’s is incredibly easy to work with and we are extremely happy with the addition of her in the band.
ATL: As a HV fan from the UK, I’ve noticed you rarely gig over there. Are there any plans for European dates any time soon?
K: We are trying to get over there as soon as possible! We have gone to Germany a few times, but never really spent much time in the UK. It’s definitely in our future plans.
ATL: So we already know you’re extremely invested in the band and spend a lot of time working. Do you ever have spare time and what do you like to do when you’re free?
K: I rarely have free time these days. I am a bit of a workaholic. When I am not doing band stuff, I am working on other projects. I have some acting stuff on the go and also the beginnings of a clothing line. In the free time that I do get..I love hanging out with my girlfriend, cooking, going to live shows and just relaxing in my home.
ATL: Let’s talk The Real L Word. If it gets picked up for a fourth season will you and your band mates be appearing?
K: We are still waiting on word from the network, so we will all just have to sit tight and see..
And some quick fan questions…
What is something you and Lauren want for your future as a couple? - @TheIslandLez, Canada
K: We want so many things in the future! I definitely want to have kids and Lauren shares that passion.
On a more serious note, Danielle from California asked: Do you think marriage is a possibility for Lauren and yourself in the future?
K: Marriage is also something that we think about already, but right now we are both very much focused on our careers and learning the ins and outs of each other. We believe you should know everything about each other before you make such a big commitment!
Do you have any favourite bands (except Hunter Valentine)? – Fay, Oklahoma City
K: I love the Distillers, Muse, Kings of Leon, Andrew Bird, Rihanna, Calvin Harris and the list goes on!

Kiyomi loves the Distillers? Right on!

What do you think about Kiyomi? So much nicer than they portrayed her on The Real L Word, am I right?

Queer As Folk's Thea Gill Stars in "Failing Upwards"

So, lesbians. I'm not sure how many of you watched Queer as Folk (I certainly didn't), but great news if you were a fan of Thea Gill on the show: she's starring in the web series finale of 'Failing Upwards'!

I did see Thea in the ultra-gay, ultra-camp TV show, Dante's Cove, so I know she's a legit talent... But what exactly is Failing Upwards, you ask?

"Failing Upwards" is a brand new feel good comedy web series about unemployment and the hilarity of finding a job…even if you have to lie to get one.
Failing Upwards stars writers/creators: Alma Award-Winning actress Michelle C. Bonilla (Celena) and Matt Crabtree (Charlie). Rounding out the cast are writers Deidra Edwards (Annabelle) and Pip Lilly (Pip). The guest cast includes Thea GillStephanie Erb, and Gerald McCullouch.
What openly out actors Michelle Bonilla and Matt Crabtree have created is not just another web series but a timely social series that creates comedy out of heart break, provides a chuckle to those who “pound the pavement” every single day, and most importantly show how little it takes to reverse some of the negative psychological effects that come with being unemployed and living off of "survival jobs".
Via the series' official website, they also gives back to the job seeking community by supplying online viewers with links to job source sites, discounts, tips, and relevant news topics of the day.

You can click HERE to see Thea in action OR right below this post, here on All Things Lesbian!

Stay gay xo

Interview w/ The Real L Word's Lauren Russell

What a treat we have here for you gays - an interview with the gorgeous Lauren Russell from Showtime's The Real L Word!

Check below for what she has to say about The Real L Word, her new jewelry line and of course, her girlfriend Kiyomi!

How has life changed for you since appearing on the Real L Word?

Life has changed in a lot of ways, but the biggest is how it has changed my feeling of purpose. I have been and continue to be inspired every day by the people that message me with their stories of how I've helped them come out, to be confident, one woman even said I saved her life. I would have never in a million years expected that. I think it has really shown me what impact I can have both with my actions in life and with philanthropy, and I have a very clear sense of where I want my direction in life to go now.

The show hasn’t been picked up for season 4 yet. If it is, are you still interesting in being a part of it?

Yes, we are still waiting to hear the word about season 4. I am contractually obligated to do the show, but even if I wasn't, I would still want to do it.

I’m assuming you’re not used to having your relationships filmed in real time. Was it weird for your relationship with Kiyomi to be so publicized?

Ha! No, not used to it at all. Yes it was a little strange for sure. Especially watching the first time we meet, etc. But it was so fun to watch for me, that overcame the weird aspect.

We understand you have your own line of jewelry. Tell us more about it.

My jewelry line is called Lyon Fine Jewelry (www.lyonfinejewelry.com) and I started it about a year and a half ago. It started as a high end line but I also am starting to incorporate some more affordable designs. I have a line of charity bracelets too that (http://lyonfinejewelry.com/charity_bracelets.html) I am constantly adding to.

Did you always want to work in fashion?

I always had an interest in fashion, but only about three years ago I decided to focus solely on jewelry.

Were you inspired by any other designers when designing your pieces?

No.

Do you have any other projects in the works?

The lower priced jewelry line, the expanding charity bracelet line, and always adding to the fine jewelry. Plus I am always working on custom designs for customers.

And some quick fan questions…

What is something you and Kiyomi want for your future as a couple? - @TheIslandLez, Canada

We talk about all sorts of things, but that question may be answered if there is another season. I can't really say right now! Sorry, lame answer, but true.

On a more serious note, Danielle from California asked: Do you think marriage is a possibility for Kiyomi and yourself in the future?

I think we both are very committed to each other, and we have talked about marriage yes, but not for a few years I don't think.

How do you stay in shape? Do you go to a gym? You always look great! – Grace, Brooklyn

Thank you, I do normally work out at least 5 times a week but since filming started in March of 2012 I have fallen way off the gym wagon due to lack of time!! I eat pretty healthfully, most of the time. I try to always focus on what are good healthy things TO eat, instead of obsessing about cutting out things that are bad for you.

Fun interview, right? Lauren gave some great answers!

Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend: One Ticket for Two Pool Parties!

Great news from me here at All Things Lesbian - I've been chosen to deliver exclusive coverage for you all to see about this year's Palm Springs Dinah Shore weekend!

Palm Springs, CA - After twenty-three years of blissful marriage, the City of Palm Springs and the famed Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend (www.TheDinah.com) – the largest all girl event in the world - are officially renewing their wedding vows.
Celebrating the 2013 milestone “Silver Plate” Anniversary, the victorious pair is symbolically solidifying the lifelong relationship and commitment that run deep between both brides, and reaffirming the sacred union as two of the most popular gay Meccas in the country.
The Palm Springs Convention Center (http://www.palmspringscc.com/), the Greater Palm Springs CVB (http://www.palmspringsusa.com/), and the Bureau of Tourism (http://www.visitpalmsprings.com/) are handing an exclusive VIP Rewards program to Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend on a silver platter (pun intended).
For the highly anticipated 23 rd installment of the Dinah Shore Weekend (April 3-7, 2013), the city of Palm Springs has decided to encompass the Club Skirts group within their brand new VIP Rewards Program
As the official host city, Palm Springs is exclusively offering Dinah participants a VIP Rewards Card in association with local patrons to welcome one of their favorite loyal groups.  As many attendees arrive a few days earlier and depart a few days after the conclusion of The Dinah, the rewards card offers premier benefits to enjoy discounts at restaurants, spas, attractions and retailers, and discover the city’s hidden treasures.
That's right, ladies - there are THIS MANY LESBIANS!
The 2013 Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend is already moving in that direction with all prime hotels located on the Tahquitz Canyon way block sanctioned for the event. The official host hotels are the Hilton & Spa Resort and the Zoso. Secondary Dinah hotels include The Courtyard Marriott, the Marquis, the Spa Resort Casino and The Renaissance Hotel. Dinah customers will have an opportunity to find out what downtown Palm Springs is all about and what the community has to offer.
Palm Spring is one of the #1 travel destinations for the LGBT market. There is something truly special about Palm Springs. The city, dubbed "the new Gay Mecca" boasts more gay and gay-friendly restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, retailers and other businesses than any other one gay destination in the world.  Nowhere else in the world do lesbians get such a strong sense of community, solidarity and acceptance, feeling as much as home within the walls of the event as anywhere else on Palm Springs' playground.
It’s no surprise Showtime’s hugely popular hit reality TV show, “The Real L Word” (http://www.sho.com/sho/the-real-l-word/home) - the network's top-performing unscripted show in prime time- brought its cast and crew to The Dinah, not once but twice, showing on national TV the cultural and social phenomenon that the Dinah Shore weekend in Palms Springs has become. A place where lesbians from all over the world have the opportunity to escape for five days from the rest of their 360-day life of make believe, in the closet, and have the freedom to be who they are.
Having reached epic proportions, The Dinah Shore Weekend doesn't just attract lesbians, but also straight women who come to the event to have the peace of mind to feel safe and also gain an extraordinary amount of self worth. It has also become a new hot party trend among many female celebrities who get themselves a girls' night out partying in a sea of women. From Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Natasha Bedingfield, Chaka Khan, Colbie Caillat, The Pussycat Dolls, India Arie, Chely Wright to Lady Gaga, among many other, these celebrities have all done it!
Gaga herself at the Dinah in 2009
The natural symbiosis between these two iconic LGBT hubs is a match made in heaven. More than a tradition The Dinah Shore Weekend has over these past 23 years  (and counting) intrinsically been linked to the Sunny Oasis, not only becoming a Palm Springs institution but as well the city’s hottest ticket!
"2013 is poised to be our best year yet. With the onset of our Dinah Block party theme, and on the tails of two episodes of The Real L Word dedicated to The Club Skirts Dinah event, we are expecting the largest Dinah Shore in history," says Mariah Hanson.
On the activist front, HRC is coming onboard as full sponsor of The Dinah 2013, and will host a special soiree during the event.
Joined in matrimony for twenty-three solid years, now the symbolic vow renewal ceremony commemorates the enduring bond and feeling of loyalty that has been and still is keeping the spark alive.
Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend in Palm Springs … a “shore” thing!

Looks amazing, right?!

For more information on this awesome annual event, check out the official website by clicking HERE, Dinah's Twitter by clicking HERE and their official Facebook page by click HERE!

Also, stay tuned right here at All Things Lesbian for even more exciting news as we get closer and closer to Dinah 2013!

Expedia: Supporting Gay Marriage

Hey you gays! Remember Jill & Nikki from the first season of the Real L Word?

Yes, the "normal ones", you remember correctly.

Well, you may or may not know that Expedia recently followed Jill's path to marrying Nikki in one of their adverts.

I knew about the commercial but only just got round to watching it... So in case you haven't seen it either, I've decided to post it here on my blog too!

Adorable, right?

Oh, and just for a bit of fun I've decided to share with you the hilarity of some of the comments the ad has received on YouTube:

Because there is clearly only one opinion on this matter...

Tell that to Bob & Carl next door who used their sperm to create two beautiful baby daughters.

Ah, the old "gay people are perverts" argument. Blah Blah.

There was a time when everyone became gay?... SHOW ME THIS MYSTICAL LAND OF RAINBOWS AND UNICORNS!
And then there was one legend who replied to the above comment with the argument "Well my dear, if everyone become a catholic priest or nun, how the hell we gonna have next generation?" I've never heard that argument before. KUDOS.

The Real L Word: New York vs. LA

Let's face it: everyone watches reality shows.

Love them or hate them, everybody has seen at least a part of some white trash TV reality show. Even my Dad (quite a conservative man) watches the UK equivalent of Jersey Shore.

Yet for us gay ladies, reality shows rarely include lesbian activity. (We'll discount Big Brother, The Glee Project and America's Next Top Model, which occasionally include lesbian contestants and content.) So The Real L Word must be a must-see, right?

Well actually, no.

Most lesbians hate the show and think it puts lesbians across as a bunch of crazy, tattooed bitches who cause drama everywhere they go. (Which in my opinion, isn't that much of a stretch from the truth!)

Anyway, I got dragged in by the lure of its evil, trashy advances and decided to watch season 3.

This year (unlike previous years) The Real L Word crosses between New York and LA to show the lesbian scene on both sides of the US.

The New York persuasion includes lesbian band, Hunter Valentine (pictured below), who we see get into all kinds of trouble. (Especially Kiyomi, that girl is drama in human form.)

Over on the West Coast, we see the return of old favourites Whitney Mixter and Sara Bettencourt (below), along with the "normal" couple on the show, Cori and Kacy.

There's also appearance by Romi Klinger (who I personally despise with everything that I am) and a few new faces, such as Amanda Leigh Dunn and Lauren Bedford Russell.

But have you been watching? Honestly, I'd recommend watching this season. There have been tears, fights and sex, but it is actually such a fun show to watch.

If you have been watching, who is your favourite?

Comment below with your opinions or vote in the poll to the right!

BBC's True Love Hits A Lesbian High

You may remember all that time ago when I mentioned the new BBC drama, True Love. Well, I hope you do, because you have Alzheimer's if not. I only told you yesterday.

Anyway, last night saw the turn of Billie Piper (Doctor Who, Secret Diary of a Call Girl) and Kaya Scodelario (Skins, Clash of the Titans), who played out a lesbian romance between a school teacher and her student.

The first two episodes saw both couples you were rooting for end with a break up, but episode 3 did something television barely ever does: two women in love stayed together! That's right, no one died, no one went back to their boyfriends... BBC won my heart on this one.

Not only that, but both Piper and Scodelario acted extremely well. I wouldn't say this drama is for everyone, but growing up with a performing background, I could see the awesomeness of it.

Sometimes the writing and the performances were so realistic, it actually made me a little uncomfortable, just as I would be if these things were happening to me in real life. One specific part which really struck a nerve was when Piper's English students began chanting "lesbian" at her in a taunting manner. Really heart-wrenching stuff.

What I'm saying is, if you can, you should all watch it. If only just this episode. It's beautifully written and put together, although it may not be to some of your tastes.

The next episode's protagonist is played by one of my favourite British actresses, Jane Horrocks, who you may remember from TV's Absolutely Fabulous or, if you're as niche as I am, the wonderful movie, Little VoiceJane won't be playing a lesbian, but if you're into phenomenal acting, I'd suggest you tuned in for this one!

A double bill of True Love starts tonight at 10.45pm on BBC1.

Kaya Scodelario & Billie Piper's Lesbian Appearance

Who in the UK has been watching the new BBC drama, True Love?

Unfortunately for those of you abroad, you won't be able to see True Love or catch up with it online, but I'm sure it'll come to BBC America pretty soon.

But what is it about?

There are actually only 5 episodes in the series, but each one is about one of the characters pictured above.

Episode 1 saw David Tennant, a.k.a Doctor Who, playing Nick, who cheats on his wife with his first love, Serena, played by Vicky McClure, of This is England fame. Then it was the turn of Ashley Walters, who cheated on his wife (played by Eastenders soapstar, Lacey Turner) with a girl he just met and then fell in love with.

A pretty star-studded cast for a minor UK drama, right?

Anyway, this week (tonight in fact, at 10.30pm on BBC1) its the turn of Billie Piper as Holly, a teacher who falls in love with her student, played by Skins actress, Kaya Scodelario.

Will you be tuning in? There isn't much information on the episode as of yet, but the teaser for episode 3 sees Piper getting quite angry at her on-screen Mum and Scodelario looking quite the love-struck teenager.

Nevertheless, if its as good as the first two episodes have been, I'll be sure to inform you!

RECAP: Lip Service - Season 2, Episode 2. a.k.a. WHAT THE F JUST HAPPENED?!

Hey all.

Sorry for the disappointing introduction, but I'm still in shock because of this damn TV show. Ugh. Check below the cut because this recap will (obviously) contain spoilers and I know some of you non-UK watchers may not have seen it yet...

REVIEW: Uh Huh Her @ Sound Control Manchester, UK

Well, here's the Uh Huh Her gig review I promised... And what a gig it was!

In fact, the gig was so good that I've resorted to planning a tattoo of some UHH lyrics. It was simply inspiring.

Of course, many of the people were only there to see "Alice from The L Word", with one or two fans shouting "marry me, Alice!" at the top of their voices, which really irritated me. When will you all learn that Alice and Leisha (Hailey) are two completely different people!? i.e. One's real and one's a character from a television show. Is it really that hard a concept to grasp?

I however, unlike the select few others, was there because I am a huge fan of the band's music: I have every single one of their songs that I can find; both of their albums, both of their EPs... I'm a 'superfan', some would say.

As a huge Leisha fan, I was extremely surprised to come out of the venue in Manchester loving Hailey's band-mate Camila Grey more than I ever thought I could. Grey's voice was sultry, smooth and beautiful, and her stage presence was sick. She oozed both sex appeal and coolness, with that perfect little bit of nerdiness underneath her broody exterior.

(Photo courtesy of deloabsurdoaloincierto via Tumblr)

As Cam played the electric guitar, bass and synth with style and f*cking awesome talent, Leisha held her own too. My first thoughts were "oh my gosh, she's so tiny", but damn, can she rock out.

When it was time for her to play a song she wrote herself from Uh Huh Her's second album titled 'Debris', (which is about phone sex, apparently) she sang in a much deeper tone than any of us L Word fans are used to, but it was god damn sexy at the same time.

What particularly stood out was the duo's acoustic version of fan-favourite, Common Reaction, in which we could really hear the expertise of the couple's voices and technical acoustic guitar playing.

Perhaps one of my favourite moments, however, was the following dialogue that occurred.
Crazed Fan: Marry me, Leisha!
Leisha: Uhh... (With a sly smile). I'm taken.
Camila: I'm not scared of you people.
I'm not sure if the rest of the room heard this, because I'm pretty sure I was the only person in the room who screamed out in approval. They're definitely the hottest, coolest couple you can imagine.

On the whole, Uh Huh Her were just a pleasure to watch. Everything about the gig was simply perfection and the pair should be proud of themselves for achieving so much in so little time.

I'd recommend them to everyone - not just the lesbians! - and especially to those who are fans of Bowie, Arcade Fire, Blonde Redhead and the like.

Cam, Leisha... I salute you.

Lip Service Is BACK!

Hey gays, lesbians and all those in between!

Today (as I write this, actually), season 2 of British lesbian drama Lip Service is back on our screens.

Why am I not watching it, you ask? Well, as I suck at most aspects of life, I completely forgot that it was on, so I'll be waiting for the online catch up.

So what do you all think will happen this season? Will Frankie (Ruta Gedmintas) and Cat (Laura Fraserfinally truly be together? And if so, what will happen to the hot cop?

I may or may not be providing you dykes with a recap or review of episode 1 of season 2 once I've watched it. And it will probably include a lot of praise for my favourite lovable nerd, Tess (played by Fiona Button). She's so adorable, I can't even...

However, tomorrow I will be witnessing the incredible Uh Huh Her live here in the UK, so a review of their gig will probably come first.

I know, you're all jealous.

Gay Friendly Websites

Okay, so we've all heard of those typically gay-friendly websites.

But here's a social networking site that appears the be the most gay friendly social network to ever hit the internet.

Not only that, but tumblr.com seems to be RUN by gays.

I'm serious, every other follower I have is gay or lesbian. I rarely see straight people on tumblr, and when I do, they're usually gay-friendly.

In fact, traditional views seem to have doubled back on themselves.

Rather than people being homophobic, it appears that if you're homophobic on tumblr, the homo-lovers hate on yo' ass so hard you'll have to delete your profile.

Today, I signed in. And these few lesbian-orientated pictures came into view on the FIRST PAGE of my dashboard...

What did I tell you? RUN BY GAYS.

Seriously, it's amazing. You follow who you want, you don't follow who you don't want...

There's so much more to do on tumblr, too. You can post text, pictures, video, music... Pretty much anything you want, tumblr does it.

It's also a really easy way of creating a blog for yourself. (A damn sight easier than writing this one for you!)

So give it a go. Hope you love it as much as the gays and I do ;)

Another Struggle For Calzona?

Yep, you must know who I mean when I say 'Calzona' by now.

Obviously I mean gay surgeons from Grey's Anatomy, Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins, played by Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw.

Well, if you don't want to hear a sneak peek of Ramirez singing in the upcoming musical and you're avoiding spoilers, DO NOT WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW.

So what do you lesbians think?

Is the person in the bed who you think it is? Where is Arizona at this time?

I for one am super excited about the musical. I was a bit cautious at first because I thought it'd suck, but this actually looks intense and pretty much what Grey's used to be.

Although Grey's Anatomy is currently on hiatus, you can watch new episodes starting March 24th on ABC.
