My Weekly Girlcrush: Emma Stone

Now my annual Top 20 Hot Ladies (click to see the list) is officially over and done with, it's time to get back to my "Weekly Girlcrush" segment. And boy, have I got a hottie for you today.

Yep, that's right, Emma Stone is my next culprit.

I've never understood the stigma about redheads, although some would not agree.

Anyway, I actually love Emma Stone, not only because she's an unconventional(?) beauty, but because I can't help but fall in love with a lady with an amazing sense of humour.

If you've seen any of her movies - Easy A, Zombieland, The Help, for instance - you'll know that not only is she talented in the general acting department, but she's also relentlessly funny and appears to not even realize how funny she actually is. And we all know how hot people who don't realize their full talent are, right? Just me? Nah, I'm sure some of you will agree with this one.

There are also some incredible photographs that I've seen of her which put her in the 'beautiful on the outside' category. She actually has the most symmetrical mouth I've ever seen. Yeah, that's weird, but I have a thing for lips. So sue me.

What's more is that she's reportedly said that she's "open to a lesbian relationship" and that Cristina Hendricks (again, I'm drooling) is her girl crush. Let me give you a minute to get that image into your head...

In fact, I'm going to have to end this post right now because I can't stop thinking about the possibility of those two. Enjoy.

Julie Benz Plays A Lesbian... AGAIN!

I know, right? This must be proof that God exists.

You'll probably remember this happening in Desperate Housewives:

If you don't, then you should probably get to watching the episode she starred in.

Anyway, it's now common knowledge that Julie Benz played a lesbian once more in US TV show Royal Pains.

Now I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard that the Buffy & Angel bombshell makes the cutest couple with on-screen girlfriend, Camille Chen.

Which then got me thinking...

Which actresses would you like to see play gay, even if it's for just one scene?

On my list, there'd be Christina Hendricks (Mad Men), Caterina Scorsone (Private Practice) and Lea Michele (Glee), alongside a few others.

Everyone Loves A Good Redhead.

After my 'Blondes I Would...' blog, I had many requests to do other lists of the same nature.

For example, someone asked for this one: a list of the top redheads.

So here goes, in no particular order. (And don't shoot me if I miss out your favourite.)

Kate Walsh.

You have to know Kate. Formerly Addison on Grey's Anatomy, which was followed by her character having her own spin-off show in Private Practice. I've never actually seen her in anything else, but I don't care. She's gorgeous.

Christina Hendricks.

I have never ever seen anything Christina has been in, I'm not going to lie. I do know she's in Mad Men and I definitely know she's gorgeous. So she makes the list.

Drew Barrymore.

Drew. Ah, Drew. You'll definitely know her from things such as E.T., Charlie's Angels & her directorial debut in Whip It! And I can't help it: she's my favourite red head. In love.

Alyson Hannigan.

Anyone who knows me will know I love a chick with a personality, and Alyson definitely has one. Probably best known for her roles in cult classic Buffy the Vampire Slayer, American Pie and How I Met Your Mother, Alyson also has a pretty face to match that gorgeous personality.

Marcia Cross.

Everyone loves a MILF, and that's what Marcia is. She just happens to have red hair too. Definitely most well known for her acting skills as the lovely Bree on Desperate Housewives.

Kate Winslet.

I have to admit, I do enjoy Kate as a blonde, but she does just as well as a fiery redhead. Of course, you'll know her from Titanic, but I love her in The Holiday. Lord knows why, I just do.
