My Weekly Girlcrush.

My crush this week is Meg Griffin.

I totally lie. No one likes Meg. (She's from Family Guy, if you weren't in on the joke...)

But my Girlcrush this week is the gorgeous Mila Kunis, the woman behind cartoon Meg's voice.

That's right, you may have only seen her in 2010 Oscar winning blockbuster Black Swan, or maybe, if you're a lesbian veteran, you'll have seen her in After Sex, in which she plays one half of a girl-on-girl couple.

Okay, firstly, Mila Kunis is shit hot. Look at her eyes, her mouth, her cute little button nose... Then there's her body. If you did see Black Swan, you'll have seen her lesbian dream sequence with lead actress, Natalie Portman, if you didn't, well, click THIS LINK. (That links to an edited version of the scene, as YouTube doesn't allow the whole thing. It's clearly too hot for them.)

I would have posted a picture of her body above too, but this Ukranian beauty (yep, she was born in the Ukraine) gets little attention paid to her beautiful face, so I thought that was just as good.

By playing the annoying Meg in Family Guy, and having starring roles in After Sex, Black Swan and The Book of Eli, we all know that Kunis is talented.

Not only that but she's also not shy of the odd lesbian scene - Meg also had a little snog with a girl on Family Guy, after she left prison...

Anyway, Mila is a hottie. Whether you like it or not. And there's no denying she's talented.

So get your movie head on and watch her films. You'll pretty much love all of them.

Happy Pride Season!

So this weekend, I attended my first pride festival of the year.

And you know what that means...

PRIDE SEASON HAS STARTED, BABY.

Ohh yeahhh, get the beer out ladies, I know you'll all be attending.

Personally, I thought the first UK pride of the year was actually pretty great!

My weekend consisted of spending far too much money on alcoholic beverages and cigarettes, forcing my legless friend to kiss a variety of unaesthetically-pleasing people and being pleasantly surprised by the live acts that performed on the main stage.

So which festivals are you ladies going to this year? London? New York? San Francisco? Let me know!

And maybe I'll tell you which I'm going to... ;)

Glee Is The S**t!

Just a quick one for you Glee lovers.

Pretty much everyone loves the current gayest show on television.

So here's some of the latest bloopers from the series, starring our lesbian favourite Santana (Naya Rivera) and her on/off crush, Brittany (Heather Morris).

Enjoy!

My Weekly Girlcrush.

Move over Sara Ramirez, there's a new lesbian Latina on the block. (Please don't really move over, Sara, I love you.)

We all watch Glee. And if you didn't before, you do now.

Now that there's a new, all singing, all dancing lesbian couple for you to ogle over.

When I say 'couple', they haven't actually got together... Yet.

But Glee's Naya Rivera (who plays Santana Lopez on the show) is hot stuff.

I mean, look at any picture of her and she looks fucking steaming. (Hot, that is. Not drunk).

Anyway, it's not just that she's physically perfect that I love her. Just last week, Naya presented the GLAAD awards and did a darn good job of it. She had comedic timing, charisma and, of course, that gorgeous Latina face.

Not only that, but presenting the awards showed that Naya really does care about gay rights. She both plays a fictional TV character and also advocates the gays in her every day life. She speaks about her role as both rewarding and exciting and has openly expressed that she'd like her and Brittany (played by Heather Morris) to officially get together.

It really does appear that although she plays a bitch in Santana on-screen, off-screen she has a heart of gold. I mean, I love bad girls, but good girls are just as attractive sometimes. Take Naya, for example.

So that's why she's my crush of the week. She appears to be just a pretty face, but Naya is caring, loyal to her gay fans and a big ball of sweetness.

You can follow Naya on twitter at http://twitter.com/nayarivera.

Gay Friendly Websites

Okay, so we've all heard of those typically gay-friendly websites.

But here's a social networking site that appears the be the most gay friendly social network to ever hit the internet.

Not only that, but tumblr.com seems to be RUN by gays.

I'm serious, every other follower I have is gay or lesbian. I rarely see straight people on tumblr, and when I do, they're usually gay-friendly.

In fact, traditional views seem to have doubled back on themselves.

Rather than people being homophobic, it appears that if you're homophobic on tumblr, the homo-lovers hate on yo' ass so hard you'll have to delete your profile.

Today, I signed in. And these few lesbian-orientated pictures came into view on the FIRST PAGE of my dashboard...

What did I tell you? RUN BY GAYS.

Seriously, it's amazing. You follow who you want, you don't follow who you don't want...

There's so much more to do on tumblr, too. You can post text, pictures, video, music... Pretty much anything you want, tumblr does it.

It's also a really easy way of creating a blog for yourself. (A damn sight easier than writing this one for you!)

So give it a go. Hope you love it as much as the gays and I do ;)

My Weekly Girlcrush.

Okay, there are 2 things to clear up before I start.

1) I'd choose none of the women I mention in this new weekly post over my girlfriend.

2) My yearly Top 20 Gorgeous Ladies is coming up, so I'm just going to choose random people each week that I often find myself crushing on, rather than listing my FAVOURITE ladies.

Now that's out of the way...

Let me introduce you to Adele.

I get it, you don't need to be introduced to her. Everyone knows her.

Not only is she one of the UK's best homegrown talents, she's now absolutely huge in the US.

Her full name is actually Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, but she doesn't need those extra names. She's now one of those pop stars who don't need a last name. (Think Britney, Madonna, Cher, Christina...) Adele is Adele and that's why I love her.

Not only does she have an amazing voice, her song-writing abilities are tremendous. Her current album, 21, peaked at number 1 in over 10 countries. That's a lot of albums sold. Her first album, 19, has sold more than 1,000,000 copies in the United States alone. And she's only 21.

What I really love about Adele, however, is who she's stepped away from the regular 'conventional' pop star exterior. Everyone thinks of a pop star as a stick thin, semi-naked blonde with a wild side and a wild upbringing. (Again, think Britney...) But Adele is far from that.

Anyone who tells me that Adele is 'fat' has another thing coming. She's not obese, she's not 'chubby', she's REAL. Real women don't look like popstars. Think of the last woman you were sat in a room with. Did she look like Nicole Sherzinger? Nope, didn't think so.

Another positive: she has a super pretty face. I mean, she's really easy on the eye. Her lips, her eyes, all beautiful. She's cute.

So Adele, you're my first Weekly Girlcrush. You make me happy, your music makes me sad, but I love you all the same.

A TV Lesbian Wedding?!

Yep, that's right.

If you're a fan of lesbian pop culture on the silver screen, you'll know that tonight is the night that Callie and Arizona get married! ARGHHHHHHH!

If you don't understand what I mean, I'm obviously referring to the lesbian couple on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, played by Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw, who are tying the knot tonight.

I suggest, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, that you get yourself on YouTube and educate yourself about Calzona. Or Callizona. Or CapMirez. Whatever you want to call it.

There have already been a TON of spoilers, pictures and behind the scenes clips from the wedding, so if you've seen them you'll probably know what to expect.

But remember, this is Grey's, and they always have some surprises up their sleeves.

I think it is about time, in related news, that they showed a real, feminine lesbian wedding on television. And I'm hoping that this one is better than Carol's wedding to her female lover on Friends, which starred an ugly hat or ten.

Call me vain, but I want to see something realistic and lesbian on television, not something weird and 90s.
